The scope of installation includes:
- Low-voltage wiring systems for onboard lighting, HVAC, and passenger information systems
- High-voltage cabling for traction and power distribution
- Control and communication wiring for door systems, driver interfaces, and diagnostics
- Safety-critical systems such as the PZB/LZB train protection systems
- Grounding and EMC protection to meet DB and EN50155 standards
- Integration of cable trays, terminal blocks, and connectors with fire-resistant and vibration-resistant specifications
The wiring harnesses are routed through predefined cable ducts and junction boxes, with each connection subjected to continuity and insulation resistance testing. The electrical configuration supports both centralized control from the driver’s cab and decentralized subsystem diagnostics.
The project is executed with precision in line with railway standards UIC, TSI, and DIN, ensuring full interoperability and long-term reliability under intensive daily use.
